An unexpected tribute

A few weeks ago I was contacted by a vlogger in Italy who asked if she could share my piece about chronic illness in one of her videos. 

Her request took me by surprise as I often feel like no one reads my writing and it just ends up disappearing into a black hole, so I was really flattered by her interest and moved that my writing had resonated with her so deeply. This is why I write, in the hopes that sharing my life experiences will help others in some way.

Raffaela published her video on YouTube yesterday and I am very impressed with the result. It looks very professional and she has done a beautiful job with my piece.
